What those who have already served say

For years I walked alongside families struggling with addiction without knowing what I was doing. This program gave me structure, vocabulary, and the ability to recognize when to refer someone. That saves lives.

Pastor Carmen R.
Iglesia del Camino · Lawrence, MA

As a prison chaplain, I see addiction every day. What I learned about motivational interviewing completely transformed how I approach inmates and their families.

Chaplain Marcos D.
State Correctional Facility · Connecticut

I didn't know I needed this until I took it. I always thought my faith was enough. Now I understand that faith and training together are far more powerful.

Rosa M. Guerrero
Community leader · Boston, MA

I had been a pastor for ten years and never had addiction-specific training. Now I have a clear protocol and know exactly who to refer to when a case exceeds my capacity.

Pastor Roberto V.
Restoration Ministry · Providence, RI

What I valued most was the focus on the family. I didn't just learn about the person with the addiction — I learned to understand the entire family dynamic surrounding them.

Dr. Ana Flores
Hospital Chaplain · Hartford, CT

We answer
your questions

How is the program structured?
The program consists of 12 modules totaling 90 hours: 45 theoretical and 45 practical.
When does the program start?
The program begins August 14 with an intensive in-person session on August 14–15, covering the first 4 modules. The venue is in Lawrence, MA — the exact address is confirmed upon enrollment.
Does this make me a licensed therapist or clinical counselor?
No. This program is not a clinical license and does not authorize independent therapy practice. Its purpose is to strengthen initial accompaniment, community guidance, and responsible referral.
Do I need a background in psychology?
No. The program is designed for leaders without clinical training. The approach is practical and pastoral. All you need is a calling to serve.
How does the hybrid format work?
It combines in-person sessions in Massachusetts with live virtual classes. Recordings are available for those who cannot attend live.
Is the IRBO certificate officially recognized?
The certificate is issued by IRBO Puerto Rico — the reference body for Hispanic professional counseling in the U.S. It carries real recognition in community and church settings.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer three plans: Launch (single payment of USD $990, saving $310), Short Plan (deposit of $250 + 4 weekly installments of $250, total $1,250) and Extended Plan (deposit of $260 + 8 weekly installments of $130, total $1,300). The number of installments is fixed for each plan.
What if I can't attend a session?
Virtual sessions are recorded and made available. For in-person sessions, each case is evaluated individually. We recommend coordinating in advance.
How many spots are still available?
The program has a maximum capacity of 50 participants. Currently only 20 spots remain — assigned in order of confirmed reservation.
Are there group discounts for the same church?
Yes. Groups from the same congregation receive special terms. Message us at +1 (978) 886-0865 on WhatsApp to work out the details.
